Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients' speech and language abilities - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication disorders - Provide therapy to patients with speech and language disorders in individual or group settings - Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care - Maintain accurate patient records and document progress in accordance with regulatory requirements - Provide case management services as needed
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program - Current state license or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist - Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are passionate about helping people improve their communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
