com We are currently looking for full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our growing call center! As an Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:
Customer Service Answering / Calling out to our established customers Processing / Collecting payments on delinquent and good standing customers The ability to de-escalate customer account issues and collect overdue payments.
Meeting weekly and monthly performance goals The ability to work Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM Self Starter Initiative with the ability to display teamwork Requirements:
Bilingual (Required) High School Diploma or equivalent Experienced in customer service (3
years) Basic Computer experience / data entry (1
year) Experience in a call center or similar field (3
years) Ability to work a set schedule (M-F 8AM-5PM) Be able to provide 3 references Professional Phone Etiquette (3+years) This is not a remote position Additional
